How to use GB Market
Step 1 of 5

Sign in — open it in any browser

GB Market runs in the browser, on the desk or in the truck.

A working quarry face at night, lit through drifting dust, with a single sodium lamp burning on the far bench.

If you could improve one part on the drill right now, which one would it be?

That's the whole conversation, and it's the first thing we'll ask. You don't need a part number, a drawing or a purchase order to start it — just the machine and the part that keeps costing you.

Who picks up

A GB rep, on the first ring.

Someone who knows the catalogue takes the call, hears what it's actually about, and puts you with the right person — a part to reverse-engineer, one to redesign, a bulk order, or support on an order already placed. In an industry where quotes take a week and nobody calls back, being easy to reach is not a small thing — it's most of why GB's customers are GB's customers.

What's useful to have in front of you

None of it is required. But if you have it, the first call gets to a straight answer instead of a follow-up.
