How to use GB Market
Step 1 of 5

Sign in — open it in any browser

GB Market runs in the browser, on the desk or in the truck.

The parts counter, online.

Same parts, same people, none of the chasing. 4,700+ drilling and heavy-equipment components with the price, the fitment and the stock level already on the card — and an order that goes straight to GB instead of into an email thread.

How ordering works, screen by screen

01

Search it. The price is already there.

No login to look, and no quote request to find out what something costs. Every card carries the GB number, the price and whether it's on the shelf.

  • Search across 4,700+ items by number, description or the OEM number it replaces
  • Genuine OEM and GB Made are labelled on the card, not buried in a spec
  • Prices in CAD or USD, at your account's terms

The catalogue — the GB number, the price and the stock level on every card.

02

Pick the machine. The catalogue narrows to it.

Your fleet lives on the account, so the shelf reorders itself around the machine you're working on. The heading literally changes to your rig.

  • Epiroc (Atlas Copco), Sandvik, Furukawa
  • Filter to one unit or shop the whole fleet at once
  • Anything that doesn't fit what you run simply isn't shown

Pick a rig and the heading changes to the machine you're working on.

03

Fits your machine. Replaces the OEM number. Add it.

The answers an email thread takes days to give you, on one screen — and a button that already knows the total.

  • ✓ Fits your Epiroc T40-T45-D9 — checked against your fleet, not guessed
  • The OEM number it replaces, printed plainly
  • Free spec-sheet PDF, dimensions and service data
  • What you've ordered before, and when

04

Your site, your PO number, your freight.

Because it is a purchase order. Everything the paperwork needs sits on the order before it goes anywhere.

  • Every line still shows the rig it fits
  • Ship to a saved site or a new one — new sites are saved for next time
  • GB arranges freight, or bill it to your own carrier account
  • No card, ever. Taxes and freight confirmed on the invoice.

05

On GB's desk. The documents follow it.

A confirmation and an invoice with your terms, usually within 24 hours on business days — then everything after that lands on the order, tracking included.

  • Quote, invoice and delivery order attached to the order itself
  • Status from quote requested through to delivered
  • One tap to order it again next time

Design your own part

The catalogue is only the front door. When a part keeps failing, is overpriced for the life you get, or simply doesn't exist, GB develops it with you — and once it's proven, it goes on the shelf in GB Market like any other part.

  1. Step 1Tell us about it

The machine it's from, the failure you're seeing, and the worn part itself if you have one. No drawing needed.

  2. Step 2We reverse-engineer it

Matched on fit and function — and where it keeps failing, the geometry or the material changes.

  3. Step 3First run, about two weeks

A deliberately small first order. After that we hold an agreed quantity for your operation.

  4. Step 4Proven on your machine

Hours run, metres drilled, wear at pull-out, what the operator says — against the OEM life you were getting.

GB Market on a phone: the catalogue filtered to the customer's rig

The same counter on a phone — in the truck, in bad light, with gloves on.

An account takes about a minute, at checkout.

You can browse the whole catalogue without one — prices, fitment and spec sheets are open. The account only exists so an order knows where it's going and on whose terms.

Bring your machine list and we'll set the fleet up with you, so the catalogue is filtered from the first login.
